Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Custom or bulk orders may require additional time. If there are any delays, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method. Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days within North America. Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship orders to Canada and the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable). Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the system.

Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
LauPrint.com is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping addresses, or lost packages. If your order is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance. If further help is needed, feel free to contact us.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your package. We may require photos of the damaged item and packaging for a resolution.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
